Just A Girl: January 2015

Hello!

If you couldn't tell from the title, I'm referring to school... But it wasn't all bad, I guess. Let me begin with the DAY BEFORE, completely defying the title, oops!

First of all, I saved a bird. Yes. It flew into the house, and kept banging into walls and it couldn't find it's way out! And then, I found it chirping, stuck between the desk and the wall. I thought it was injured, so I picked up the little bird and carried it outside! It wasn't injured, but I was blown away the a wild bird let me hold it, carry it, and set it free.

Then, in Nerdy News, I reset my Mario Brothers Wii profile (as my previous file was from when I was 10, and not very good at the game at all). I got up to finishing World 2 (Desert) whilst procrastinating (I will admit, I Game Over'ed twice, I'm such a n00b).

Then, the best thing to have ever happened occurred. But, that will remain a secret ;)

So, if that doesn't give indication on how fan-frickin-tastic my last day of holidays was, I don't know what does.

So, I returned to school, scared, confused, and nervous! I mean, I didn't know where my form was, who was in my form, and if my friends would come back to me. I started by awkwardly talking to some people in the halls, then, by a teacher, I was introduced to a new girl. And she is awesome!

We have so many common interests! She loves YouTubers, Taylor Swift (we are surprisingly near each other at the concert!) and we are both not into sport and under co-ordinated. I am yet to find out more about her, but she warmed up to me and my friends (continue reading) really quick!

My friends, who I thought had left me (which was probably just holiday stress) and I thought I was ready to leave them, hadn't actually left at all, and I had a great day with them! There's not a single class I have where I don't have at least 1 friend (so far!) !
